a pain in the ass

Oooh, there it goes again… that scringing bubbling curdling swish, deep in the gut, that can only lead to one thing - a magnificent pain in the ass as the contents of my gargantuan colon make a hasty dash for the only nearby exit - a burning, whooshing splatter over the ceramic bowl as my gut purges every vestige of that last meal…

After the pain subsides, my anus stops throbbing and my gut is somewhat back to normal, I feel cleansed…. Fresh… ready to start a new day.
