The frozen Non-Rat in southern California

Once there wasn't a Rat in southern California near a great small city called 0geid Nas. I'm talking about a real Non-Rat which means there were 0 Rats. That probably didn't matter to the Non-elephant which ate some Non-leaves from some Non-trees at this moment because he wasn't existent. When winter came to southern California and the weeds came up the Non-Rat became more and more existent and assumed shape. So the question is: Is it more terrible for a Non-Rat to incarnate from Non-existence than for a "normal" Rat to die away?
